• As a key investment attraction enterprise in Xiamen, Xiamen HORN was established in May, and the national headquarters of the group was officially established in Xiamen；

• In November, we strategically acquired a commercial company under the former Guangyuyuan, integrated and upgraded it to "Xiamen HORN Pharmaceutical", and created an efficient commercial channel network covering the whole country；

• The overall operating revenue of the group exceeded 1 billion yuan for the whole year.

In 2010, the group company originated in Fujian and founded Dian Dian Pharmaceutical, with drug scientific research and technical services as its core, laying a solid foundation for regional commercial operation service providers.

From 2019 to 2021, we successfully expanded our mature regional commercial operation model to core provinces such as Chongqing, Sichuan, Zhejiang, and Jiangxi, achieving cross regional scale development.

Hangzhou HORN International will be established in 2022, with a strategic transformation to an integrated business model of "front-end introduction and investment+mid-range pre listing services+back-end commercialization", deeply integrating industrial chain resources, and embarking on the journey of becoming a national platform enterprise.

By 2024, the headquarters will be established and resources will be integrated. In May, Xiamen Heen will be established, and Xiamen will be confirmed as the national headquarters of the group; In November, we strategically acquired a commercial company under the former Guangyuyuan, integrated and upgraded it to "Xiamen HORN Pharmaceutical", and built an efficient commercial channel network covering the whole country; The overall operating revenue of the group company exceeded 1 billion yuan throughout the year.

By 2025, the deepening layout and capital planning will be completed, and the operating revenue of Xiamen Jimei business has reached 400 million yuan; Establishing Novorui as the core platform for specialized industrial investment and capital operation of the group, anchoring the future listing path.
